David Ruf is director, producer and co-founder of Rocinante Film GmbH and XR Anywhere. He was born in Augsburg, Germany, and now lives and works in Berlin. After a year of social work in India, Calcutta and traveling, he studied Documentary Directing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg from 2007 - 2014. From 2019 to 2022, he studied Digital Media Law and Management at the Erich Pommer Fellowship in the MBA program.
Nuno Viegas is a Portugal based artist, working and living in Castanheira, a small village in the center-west of the country. He was born in 1977, in Almeida (Portugal), studied painting at the Fine Arts School of Lisbon and has been making exhibitions in Portugal and abroad for the last 20 years. More recently has been involved with animation and storyboard, and also collaborating regularly in theater projects as actor, costume and set designer.
Since 2013 Dominik works as Director of Photography. He was also trusted with the artistic directing of the opening ceremony of the ARS Electronica in Linz in 2013. 2014, Dominik produced and filmed a documentary about the EU’s border problems. For the feature DIE HANNAS he composed and recorded parts of the filmscore as well. Among his latest works are the international-serieses DER SCHWARM and CONCORDIA, both directed by Barbara Eder.
